my MANTRAS
How you do one thing is how you do everything
Self trust is built or broken in the time between knowing better and doing better
Character = beliefs ^ actions
A good education refines your mind, a great education refines your character
The relationship you have with yourself reverberates across all other facets of your life
You’re not really living if you don’t feel alive
Of course I can
WHAT THE MOUNTAINS HAVE taught mE
Small steps yield big summits
Nothing slows people down like a bad attitude and limiting beliefs
A true climber loves the challenge more than its completion
Pursuing difficult goals & giving yourself reasons to be proud are vital practices of self love
#1 thing the mountains have taught me: Find the things you authentically love - personally and professionally - and give them your all. These will always be your greatest summits
